Joe and I spent New Years Eve making a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner. Neither of us had ever cooked a whole bird before. Luckily the Turkey came out great!
the stuff was all right, needs some work.
And here is my plate, it was a great meal with pumpkin pie to follow.
Joe and I are thankful for a wonderful 2011 and look forward to a fantastic 2012!

Good work for Valerie and Joe, the turkey is beautiful. Dressing comes with a lot of work. You could say it grows with you.
