I came across the Watercolor Weavings of Nancy Neaher Maas in a magazine recently and fell in love. She paints these gorgeous paintings and creates such a dynamic image with the weaving. You can see more of her work here.

Wow that's cool! I would be so scared to cut up a painting I worked so hard on though.
I think she weaves and then paints.
I like the movement in the painting "Sails on Black". It has a very dramatic feel. Valerie, thanks for sharing.
